What is Fitness Boot Camp?
Fitness Boot Camp is a well designed fitness program held in the mornings and evenings at Granny White Park in Brentwood, TN and mornings in Murfreesboro, TN at Barfield Crescent Park & Moss Wright Park in Goodlettsville, TN.  There will be indoor boot camp locations added for winter months as well. Check back for details.Premium Package includes a customized nutritional plan that you can log into to track nutrition and workouts. You will have your own Profile page.
 
How long do I wait for a new class to start?
New class starts every month on the 15th. You can make arrangements to start at any time as well.
Who is boot camp for?
Boot Camp is for men and women of all ages, sizes, shapes and fitness abilities.Anyone under 18yrs of age should have parental consent.Everyone is encouraged to do their best. Classes are structured to meet everyone's physical abilities.Don't worry you don't have to be in shape to join, because no one gets left behind. Also if you have an advanced fitness level you will not be held back. The classes are taught to modify everyone's workout simultaneously.

What should I bring to class?
You should wear workout attire, wear a good pair of running shoes, bring long sleeve for the cooler months. Also bring a full size towel, water bottle and a set of dumbbells. Women should bring 5-8lb dumbbells and men should bring 10-15lb dumbbells. (Not recommended to bring larger than 15lb dumbbells, you will be doing very high reps) All other equipment will be provided by Fitness Boot Camp. Also print off the 2 documents under the enlist me icon, fill them out and bring to class if possible.
 
What will I be doing while I am there?
During boot camp all recruits will be doing stretches, calisthenics (push-ups, sit-ups, jumping jacks etc.), military style drills, strength workouts using dumbbells, agility drills, medicine ball exercises. Also you will be doing running drills, ladders, an obstacle course and whatever other surprises we have in store for that day.
We try to make the workouts fun and challenging at the same time.The more effort you put into the class, the more results you will get out of it. All workouts are developed by our Certified Personal Trainers. In the beginning we do a fitness assessment that consists of push-ups, sit-ups, flexibility, cardiovascular endurance and fat mass %. This will also be re-tested every 8 weeks.You don't have to be in shape to come to Boot Camp - getting you in shape is our job! 8 weeks is recommended to see fitness improvements.
By the end of the 8-week program you will feel great and have made new friends who will have gone through the same body changing experience you have.
 
How much weight will I lose?
Everyone is different, but if you come to class every day and eat right there is not a reason you can't reach your fitness goals. The recruits from my Boot camp class I had in Dallas, Tx all lost fat and inches. They also improved their cardiovascular and muscular endurance and lowered their stress levels. Also along with that their flexibility was improved.
 
Do I need to do any other workouts along with premium boot camp?
Fitness Boot camp is designed as your sole source of exercise. Although not needed you are always encouraged to do more cardiovascular workouts as long as you have at least one day off per week. I would not recommend doing extra strength workouts, because your muscles need rest in order to improve, and in boot camp we are strength training 4 days a week. Besides after being in class you probably will not feel you need more exercise, you will just be glad you have a day off!! If you are only doing 2 days a week I would suggest other forms of exercise a couple times a week. 
 
What if I want to try out the class before I purchase a program?
You have an option for a free one day pass. You can print one off under our location/schedule icon or you can come on  most Saturdays at 10am. You can also bring a friend for added support. Please RSVP for this by calling or emailing us.
 
What payment options do you have?
We have monthly options along with paid in full discounts and group discounts. We except all major credit cards, checks, money orders or cash. If you are paying with check, money order or cash you can bring with you to class. We want to make it convenient for you. If using a credit card, your information is secure.
