We are the perfect place to get away for the weekend and still stay fit. Also we are the perfect place to jump start a new weight loss program. We will give you all the tools you need to learn how to get fit and stay fit. Although your time here is short, it is packed with fitness classes, lectures, cooking classes and other activities. We also have team building retreats. Please call for details.
 
Fitness Boot Camp is offering this fitness retreat and we are based on the belief that our customers' fitness needs are of the utmost importance. Our entire team is committed to meeting those needs. We are working hard to make American's a little healthier one day at a time. 
 
We would welcome the opportunity to earn your trust and deliver you an exciting, fun-filled fitness retreat. Just so you know, we are not a fitness resort, so if you are looking to be pampered in a 5 star hotel this is not the place for you. We are an outdoor camp! Our accommodations are cabins. We have amazing scenery and a beautiful creek that runs through our camp. We do have wildlife that hang around. (Don't worry it is mainly Deer and Turkey). We have fitness activities and classes offered all day long taught by educated, experienced and certified fitness specialists. We have delicious meals prepared daily by a fabulous chef. We also have evening activities so you can get to know everyone at the retreat.

Fitness Boot Camp Retreat Program
Cost: 199 per person minimum of 8 people (discount for larger groups)
 
 
This is now a 30 day program for your company, family or group. This will require minimum of 8 people.
 
This is how it works:
You will attend a 1 day fitness boot camp retreat where you have a full day of exercise and fun. 9am-5pm. This helps you learn exercises that you will do on your own for the next 30 days. Also it helps promote health and wellness.
During the retreat you will have a fitness assessment, be given your 30 day workout program and meal plan. You will also be given log in information to your online personal training account.
 
Once you leave your group will engage in the 30 day program that you can do together or individually. During the 30 days you can email your trainer with any questions you may have. You will have detailed workouts and meal plan.
 
After the 30 days you will have another 1 day fitness retreat to see your improvements.

Workouts
You will be given a 30 day detailed workout plan. Also you will have access to online personal training for any additional workouts you want to add. If you have questions about any exercises or anything you can email your trainer at anytime.
 
Meal Plans
This will be customized meal plan for 30 days.
 
Online services:
Track workouts, meals, and fitness improvements. You will have access to over 2000 demonstration workout videos. You will also have tips, recipes, fitness articles and much more. You will have weekly emails from your trainer.
 
Last Fitness Retreat
This will be exactly like first retreat. But here you will see your improvements from the first retreat. You can compare fitness tests, obstacle course times and fitness challenge results.
 
Last retreat alternative
You can choose not to have a 2nd retreat. In that situation a trainer will come to your company or group and administer a fitness assessment to see your improvements.
 
This program is great for those who need the flexiblity of working out on your own time but still have guidance. It is a step above having a health coach. It is extemely benefical for companies because it helps promote health which in return improves productive and decrease health care expenses and absentees. Also it is just a great team building activity.

  • Take I-24 towards Clarksville, TN
  • Exit #35 (Joelton & Springfield Exit)
  • Merge onto US-431N toward Springfield
  • Go 1.5 miles...turn right at Greenbrier Rd.
  • Go 2.6 miles to the 4 way stop sign and turn left on Huffman Rd.
